求美國商業(yè)用地，住宅和工業(yè)用地價格，精確到平方。要英文的??！懸賞所有！
1、美國住宅價格：
美國房價均價是4083.97元人民幣/平米，就是676美元/平米。
截止2014年2月底，美國房價均價是16.96萬美元，比去年上漲6.3%，加州是40.37萬美元。根據(jù)住宅建筑商協(xié)會National Association of Home Builders，美國的平均家庭規(guī)模為2700平方呎，也就是250.83平米。注意，美國的房子的車庫、走廊不算面積的。也沒有公攤面積。是凈居住面積。
這樣美國的房價是16.96萬美元/250.83平米，折合成人民幣是169600*6.04/250.83=4083.97元/平米。
平均房價：這個數(shù)據(jù)我是在zillow上面查的，很方便，就是美國2014年2月平均房價，16.96萬美元。
